Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing, as our products are freshly made in small batches to ensure quality.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item was received. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or mishandled by the shipping carrier.
