What's recommended for a chew session?
The recommended time is 10-15 minutes. Give a chew while your dog is fully supervised, with fresh water available. Start with a short session and remove it when it gets small enough to swallow quickly. You can also get a chew holder to help.
If you notice any distress or irritation, stop the chew and consult your veterinarian.
Are your chews safe for my dog?
Our chews are intended for supervised chewing only. Choose the right size for your dog’s chewing style and replace if pieces become small or break down too quickly.
What if my dog tends to gulp or choke on larger treats?
If your dog gulps, choose a size/format they can’t swallow whole. Break time into shorter supervised sessions, and swap to a safer option if your dog chews unusually fast.
Are dehydrated feet or heads safe?
Yes—dehydrated turkey feet and heads are great for chewing, but they must be supervised. Pick an appropriate size, and remove it when it starts breaking into bite-size pieces.

Because our products are handmade and made in small batches, size, shape, color, and appearance may vary slightly from product to product.
How are your treats made?
We use high-quality, human-grade ingredients in our treats and chews whenever possible. All products are prepared in small batches and gently dehydrated, or gently baked and dehydrated using commercial-grade dehydrators to help preserve quality, flavor, and freshness.
Our products are dehydrated according to established food preparation and handling practices, using temperatures and processing times designed to reduce moisture and help minimize the risk of harmful bacteria. We follow strict cleanliness and handling procedures throughout the preparation process.
Because our treats are made with natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives, proper storage is important to maintain freshness and quality. Please keep products sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
We are not responsible for changes in product quality, freshness, or shelf life resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing, as our products are freshly made in small batches to ensure quality.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item was received. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or mishandled by the shipping carrier.
